Thanks again IAC. FWIW, IMHO I think the deal is a bit undervalued, especially with gold surely to escalate and the fact that DEZ has barely scratched the surface of the reserves on their property. I'd like to see someone offer up north of $6 cash. Sure wish I had the position/stroke to effect the outcome. Perhaps another bidder will emerge? Wonder if DEZ has a poision pill?
