Excellent point. If there is such a thing as moderate muslim, we should encourage it. Governments that support and export intolerant religions or other social institutions should be on our list of governments to cease doing business with. We need allies like the UAE. Some caller into Rush today responded to his question about why would the UAE invest several billion dollars to help them deliver bombs into the US when they could just place it in a container in a port they already control. The callers response was, "well, they don't need the money, they can replace it." UAE is essentially out of oil. This is a long term financial investment for them.
