Something else to keep an eye on as I believe a case could be made for a 5 of something here.

SOX.......<< Needs to recover 525 pretty quick.>>

No sooner said than done!.LOL

As I've been posting, headed for 715 IMHO..ggg.. BUT still uncomfortable talking about this measure as a major market indicator when it's boiled down lately simply to being an indicator for BRCM+MRVL...and sometimes throw in KLAC....g

PS....Forgot this changing today with BRCM split. SOX pecking order now MRVL, KLAC. then BRCM, and followed at some distance by AMD....

Shack, while I agree that SOX currently has potential, I was puzzled with your remark three days ago when you said that "in the long term the SOX remains one of the least bullish sector charts for me". Could you explain a little more on why you feel that way?

To me, looking longer term, on the weekly I see an ascending triangle that tends to affirm mc's view of going much higher, although before going higher I could see it going to support at 509 as it's a bit overbought now.

In the short term, with your wedge scenario off the January high, if you bought today what would be your target for an exit?

Speaking of potential and wedges, check out MSO which appears today to be beginning to break out of the declining wedge that started at the December 21.52 high.

Speaking of Bullish Wedges, here is one that looks like it needs a final 5 of C before breaking higher. Now, what chart is this?
