The bible is an old book written by people a few thousand years ago and subject to error of those times. On the one hand you say what's the point in discussing past history then you do exactly that thing. In the days of Moses likely everyone was war like a necessity of the times to stay alive. So just what has it to do with radical islam and islamist terroriism in to days modern world? The only comparison I see is that perhaps radical islam has not advance much past the war like times of Moses ( yes I know islam came along much later ) other than that what's the point in bringing up what may have happened in the time of Moses? I think it is fairly clear to all what the problem plaguing the world is to day.
