There are Brits (and others) who have been recruited, but at this point it isn't like the communist recruitments pre-1940- where these were some of the best public school boys with entre in to the best jobs, and security clearances to match. My problem with the ME is that some of these families have the money and access to make their offspring really dangerous- like Osama- a child of privilege educated in the West. The more educated, and the more exposure terrorists have had to the West, the more likely they are to be able to infiltrate us, and hurt us. Folks from the ME who don't speak English, and who aren't familiar with the West, are less likely to be able to take advantage of our vulnerabilities. IMO
