10:29AM Intel drops lower intraday towards the psych "20" level and its 2004 lows near 19.64/19.69 (INTC) 20.10 -0.52 :

Sure doesn't feel like an upturn with the proxy for the semi sector near 2004 lows.

Isn't it pathetic how poorly this sector follows the underlying business? I still have all my NVLS, but will sell 27.5s again, if it goes to 28. I just hope it can get there. It looks like the stochastics and RSI are bottoming, but I have seen NVLS go further down even with a low stochastic.

If this were a different sector, I would not sell any calls right now since we are seeing better business ahead, but with this sector that might mean that we are seeing stock prices go down hard.

I believe that once I deliver (hopefully) NVLS at 27.5, I will have very little exposure to this sector going forward. Just too difficult to time.
