Well I was available and willing to answer anyones questions. I even had told the guy from FBI about Ziasun He really did not want to know about offshore Boiler Room fraud that bilked people for millions of dollars though. Ziasun and Cragun at one time added Elgindy to that law suit. They said he was the kinpin behind the manipulation. As you know Ziasun was promoted by a slew of securities recividists, a felon tied to the mob, offshore Boiler Rooms, crooked analyst Thomas Heysek/Raymond Dirks, aol spammers Jeremy Jaynes and Bryan Kos, Bryant Cragun (Boiler Room Owner), Dodi Handy and my good buddy Fracois Goelo and online tout currently charged with securities fraud and many others. They actually called me a Cyber Smearer. I was looking forward to be able to talk about this on the stand. The SEC had six lawyers boxes full of documentation that Brent Baker had shipped of to Colorado SEC. The SEC never produced these documents to Elgindy. But if you must defend these crooks so be it.
