Maybe this is the sort of item that is normally handled at a lower level until he has the need to know. or MAYBE it is because all the President has time to do is fart with the left wang media and try to fend off the constant attacks by the lefty Demonuts.

80% of the ports are leased by foreign companies. Foreign companies leased airport terminals. Should Bush know about EVERY deal??? Gee then why don't we just fire all the government workers then ?
