cobalt how many people do you manage. if you manage a few hundred i doubt you check their detail work perhaps a few major projects you might get an update ... i thought you were familiar with operations in washington. last year there were 60 of these contracts of this type.. i doubt bush is qualified to even read one contract and know what it says vs read one a week.. sometimes there are 165 of these contracts of this size a year. let's wait and see who calls washington post or nytimes to tell them there was huge internal fight over the contract. thus far nothing.
