I have no doubt we have inflation but I would never use commodity prices to prove it. We had continuous inflation the whole 20 years that commodity prices were falling.

Exactly.
That is why central banks failed as well.
It is the problem of watching prices and not money and credit.

yes, we agree on the monetary inflation aspect. as to the future, trends are trends no doubt, but the fact of the matter is that chindia has a whole slew of new buyers for all those commodities pateintly awaiting to be discovered
