This is only about information which can be checked, OK?
As for the interpretation if any that is a different story.
When I first read this stuff I thought it were some bull invented for the occasion. Looked like it wasn't:

I went out in the kitchen and checked a few things and sure enough, I cannot find any wrap with out kosher symbols and have a hard time to find a dish washer brush without it.
I don't need any of that and in particular not if I have to pay more than a tiny little nominal fee for that.

With nobody divulging the fees involved in this scheme, however, we just don't know what kind of money may be involved.
But I do recall that Heinz Canada believed it worth the while to remove their kosher certification from their products in that market in spite of catching quite some flack from several lobbies.

And please don't come with any of that anti semite stuff or trying to build a case of any alleged general endorsement of Emile's personal opinions, I am far from any of that.

I just don't like sneaky costs imposed on me by anybody from any side.

And sorry for getting your name wrong here, that certainly wasn't by intention.
