Operator cooperation , does it say perform seal and reseal and inspection or cooperation with us customs etc.

How many others on the list wanted to run these ports and demonstrated ability to run a port and have financial capacity.

i do not remember xon being an operator of a large port. We have many tanker terminals where tankers are unloaded, barges are loaded but not familiar with container operation.

Maintaining port security is indeed difficult. However, there are some technological things happening with RFID devices that are very promising:

After reading that article from Free Republic. I am further convinced the President is 100% correct.

Of course if by definition being Arab mean one is a terrorist then that is not the case.
