I've bookmarked that site, now. I had not known about it. I do like many of the quotes he put in the header.
Lots of pop psychology there that is a mile wide and a millimeter deep. There are reasons why things are in their current state. He chooses to ignore them. With him it's simply acase of he can do no wrong and I and a number of others on this thread are never right.

He seems to be anti-Bush but so are half of the American people give or take. That is certainly not grounds for condemnation.
Deal with him. You'll find grounds. I consider him the worst moderator on this site. You want him? You can have him.

THis guy claims to be Chinese and the gov't of China can do no wrong. Tianamen (sp?) Square was justified according to him. And our net (and yours) is censored according to him, whereas China's is free.

I don't think he is as bad as he is being portrayed.
Then you're wrong.

I don't know that he is bad at all at this point. I believe in the right to an opinion even where it it different than mine.
If I thoght otherwise, you'd be gone. Instead, I am gone from his thread. Explain that.

That is what separates perceptive and worldly people such as yourself from people such as Baker.
I class him with Baker.

I have no quarrel with Tsig if his only "crime" is to think Bush a lesser leader. A lot of Americans agree with him if that is what he thinks.
But that's hardly his only crime. Many of his bannees are on this thread. Ask them why they are banned.

My personal opinion is that Bush is no man of greatness.
I never said otherwise. I said the Dems did their very best to lose those elections. And suceeded. And will again unless they see what is wrong with their approach. Which they show no signs of doing.

I consider him ordinary with some very good qualities of networking--and some less positive qualities, otherwise. Funny, though...he may have been just what was needed in light of 9-11. There were no significant people of depth running against him in his election and Presidency so his tenure may be considered pro forma with a positive slant.
Bush made numerous mistakes. But who hasn't? The Iraq invasion was one IMO.

The last thing the U.S. needs right now is somebody over-endowed with compassion or intelligence. What you need right now is self interest and absolute distrust. You need to build up a huge defensive capability. And you need to bring your allies on board.
He has failed miserably there. But that enemy may be correcting his mistake. I think the Europeans are beginning to see the problem.

You MAY need to invade Iran or others. Indeed...you MAY.
Oh GAWD. Please no. The only good thing about that mat be that it will probably be multinational. It may be radioactive, too, though.

9-11 required a lot of planning. More important...it required a very large sense of meaning and purpose. It was not an anomaly. For people to act with a sense of purpose to such a degree requires a certain milieu. It is not just robbing the corner store after a few beer...
Yes, and they are going to have to be defeated.
