re: Personally, I don't think it would be needed. If it is going to get off the ground at all, the efficiency is likely to be a lot higher than what the Brazilians can do. The exciting part is that two legs of the stool are in the works... investment in the production and the auto makers actually manufacturing cars that can run on either gas or 85% ethanol. The third leg, distribution, will fall into place if there is supply and demand. It's still only part of the solution, and building the mass could take too long.
