From Barrick press release:

<<For the year, Barrick's new mines -- Tulawaka in Tanzania, Lagunas Norte and Veladero in South America -- helped boost output to 5.46 million ounces, from 4.96 million ounces in 2004. Cash costs rose 6 percent to $227 an ounce.

Barrick cut its hedge book, a pile of forward gold sales contracts, by 400,000 ounces, to 6 million ounces in the fourth quarter, or 9 percent of reserves excluding its Pascua-Lama project on the border of Chile and Argentina. >>

Forward sales = to only 1 years production.... YAWN! Might be time to pile into this sucker!! -ggg-
