I guess that if it weren't for the medical team, Cheney could have been charged with manslaughter.

They should have let the sheriff in to see what happened. Then there would have been no questions. As it was, the sheriff arrived and they turned him away. Interesting indeed.

That's why they had to use "powerful explanations" to explain it.
