We shouldnt get too excited about the benefits of a persian/arab war. Last one didnt work according to plan and certainly was in no ones interest. I guess from a realpolitik view, one could make the case of allying with one against the other in some way. If i was pushed i might look for a strategic alliance with iran recreating the old cold war alliance of non-arab israel, turkey and iran. Sort of works geopolitically but none of this is great for us or for the region.
