Ahhh not to point out the obvious, but have you seen anything of Mr McGuinty that says he likes to negotiate anything that isn't to a deadline or at the point of a gun? You have to have everybody in the room to negotiate, and i am willing to be McGuinty told them it would be taken care of.

Yes but Peter it's not like McGuinty just woke up last week and told the legislature about this gnarly pension reform dream he had..

So, is the extra year on the terms for city and regional council the bribe that kept the Mayors and city councils from screaming about this latest fiasco. Lying Stealing Liberals, hang em all as far as I can see.
