Nobody ever said that the values the markets put on these (or any) stocks reflects the intrinsic values of the shares; they are two different things (in fact, it happens in real estate or in any investment from time to time). I still believe that Sirius is pretty severely overvalued with respect to XM. But I have no doubt that even Sirius will prove to be a reasonable investment over a 10 year period.
