It could happen. If it does, great. I'll just buy more XM.

Nobody ever said that the values the markets put on these (or any) stocks reflects the intrinsic values of the shares; they are two different things (in fact, it happens in real estate or in any investment from time to time).

I still believe that Sirius is pretty severely overvalued with respect to XM. But I have no doubt that even Sirius will prove to be a reasonable investment over a 10 year period.
