It's being Noticed. :)

Ivanhoe Energy Inc. shares also rose before Thursday's opening bell, after the company said it would merge its wholly owned China subsidiary with China Mineral Acquisition Corp., a Delaware-based company with operations in China.

Shares of Ivanhoe, an oil and gas exploration and development company, jumped 48 cents, or 18.9 percent, to $3.02 on INET. Ivanhoe said it would own a majority stake in the combined entity, to be named China Ivanhoe Energy, which will carry out oil and gas projects in China.
