This assumes that the buyout actually flies. lol!

No reason for deal to not go through as management has tied their little red wagons together. Shareowners are fat dumb and happy with a reported 21% premium. Only thing that gets in the way is a counter offer and other than the majors whose got that kind of cash/stock? GG? (though I don't see Humphrey volunteering to loose his job twice to Telfer.)
