They don't have any respect for the police

For the HPD, this means one of two things:

1. The NO criminal class hasn't learned to be afraid of being shot by the HPD yet, or

2. The NO criminal class hasn't cut the cop into some "eye turning" money.

The West side Houston police are the laziest, most apathetic, and corrupt cops in the town.
