We're just going to have to wait until all the facts are out on this port deal.... I wonder who actually made the agreement, AND THEN decided to let the President and SoD, etc know the exact arrangements that had been made.... Does this kind of thing happen at every level? Are these the decisions that are made by career bureaucrats, and then when they head south, are blammed on the President or Cabinet level people? Are these people like the 'leaker type folks' who think they are in charge, and the "in-and-out" political folks are only there for a short time? We know of some of the same mentality in the CIA....they are nearly all Democrats, and think it is their "due" to tell America's secrets to the world.
