Thanks for the reply, I just dipped my toe in this morning, to test the waters and to keep my interest up. The main thing that piqued my interest was insider buying and the response to the NYSE. I think it is a gamble with a lot of upside and only $1.39 downside. I still think of Fedders as one of the best names in hvac, but it seems like Carrier is winning all of the business. A few years ago, maybe 15, I replaced my hvac units with a no name unit, it lasted less than 5 years and the warranty was no good, and the company installiing them was out of business. I will tend to stick with the familar names now. Robby
