AVERAGE US HOUSEHOLD INCOME FALLS
Average U.S. household incomes decline in the 2001-04 period after adjusting for inflation, and growth in household wealth slows sharply from the previous three years, according to Federal Reserve data.

FED PRESIDENT SAYS FEW RATE HIKES LEFT
Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia President Santomero says that with economic growth settling into a sustainable pace, the central bank appears close to ending its rate-tightening campaign. He adds wage gains aren't pressuring prices.

FED'S FISHER SAYS ENERGY A CONCERN
Dallas Federal Reserve President Richard Fisher says U.S. economy continues to show solid growth but adds the central bank will continue to keep a close watch on percolating inflation pressures.
