Co was very excited to have such a large group at their analyst day. Co stated "these are very exciting times for our industry and our company". The markets are noted to be very early and still very young. Co noted they ended the year with strong fundamentals and looks forward to capitalizing on the opportunities ahead. Samsung noted to be a strong competitor. Toshiba noted to be an excellent partner and also a strong competitor. Co noted the Micron and Intel joint venture will start making an impact when they bring their 300mm online sometime late 2006, early in 2007. Co's hope is that they will create new applications in NAND, and in that regard would be very positive. Co noted they will have significant growth in their captive capacity at Fab 3. Over the longer term, co noted as they bring down the prices of NAND flash, new markets emerge. Co believes its appropriate to incease terabyte growth C.A.G.R. to 130%-170% for the next several years. Co noted their C.A.G.R. range for rev growth to 25%-40% over 2006-2008. Co's goal is to always maintain about a billion dollars on their balance sheet. Operating financing remains the highest priority of for the co. Co highlighted their R.O.I.C. for the last four qtrs, noting it has been quite good at 52% over this timeframe.

The only thing is that the overall market (Dow, Naz) have not sold off at all. In case of the Dow, it has actually been slowly climbing. Only the semis are getting whacked in the process.
