I don't know where they've gone but they are, indeed, gone.

Salesforce.com is rumored to be moving in there though. CRM has less than 1K employees while SEBL had 4K.

How is the commercial office market in the Bay Area these days? I remember a ton of brand new office buildings off the 101 South of San Jose near Morgan Hill about three years ago were all empty..
