His testimony was that he dove down repeatedly to try to free her. Who knows? It was a terrible accident no doubt. The same as putting a gun to her head? I think that's a stretch.

By the way, I don't think that Senator Kennedy is a saint either. Nor do I think Cheney is a saint.

Still, Kennedy is not Cheney. Do you agree? Moreover, Cheney holds a higher office is definitely in a position of a higher standard. Do you agree?
