It could be the end game hoped for. I'm sure the fed wants it all to happen slowly. A shock to the system would hurt the banker friends of Ben and decimate the economy. Do it slow and only those who never should have owned property due to lax lending as well as the speculators end up getting directly hurt.. Financial institutions come out stronger than ever..
