No foreign government should own our ports, especially an Arab government. Anyone who disagrees with that has apparently forgotten 9-11. In this post 9-11 world we live in, Arab governments cannot be trusteed to own our vital entry points. That would be asking for it big-time.

Bush indeed has become soft on terrorism and soft on homeland security, just interested in mega-deals for his cronies.

Also, as Kerry has been saying since the beginning, we need to do much more to protect our ports of entry in general. Bush has fumbled the ball on Homeland Security. Instead he has spent all our capital totally messing things up in Iraq. Indeed, right about now we might start missing Saddam Hussein. Bush has totally blown it in Iraq and should be held accountable. It was HIS war, his and Cheney's. Very few other people wanted it.
