I don't know. Maybe it is, I can't say for sure.

NBIX is looking strong and I don't short strength. I short weakness. That doesn't mean shorting strength can't work. It means it's not a low risk, high probability play.

NBIX doesn't meet any of my buy or sell set up strategies so, it's one I would ignore, even if it does work out.

You should know what sort of success you have shorting these types of plays, if you keep a trading journal. If you have a successful track record with this type of set up, then you should follow through and go for it.
