INTC is looking pretty good today. It's probably to early to tell for sure, but INTC may have found a bottom yesterday with the intra-day low of 19.88. Today it is up about 1 percent with a lot of bad news out there, including the downgrade of INTC this morning by Friedman Billings. As Gottfried pointed out, after 10 consecutive downgrades, finance.yahoo.com now we have the situation where INTC goes up when a downgrade is issued. That should be good news. Don
