I asked several times and the quote was always referenced post katrina. I would have no objection if you were right, which you werent. I see your point about your post and rednecks. I can even see the humor but do you thank alans reference to chocolate city and comparing it with detroit--do you think that had to do with rednecks? I doubt it. Only criticism i have about local, state and federal govt in respect to kstrina was their ineptitude and in the administrations case i would suggest they listen to Fox News and not to brownie or chertoff in the future. Turn on the weather channel for christs sake. As Dylan said, "you dont need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows." This admin does because these folks apparently resided in offices without windows.
