Since you are a 1-post newbie SI 'freebie account', I'm going to cut you a little slack for the time being.

If there are some problems with TPBV from your point of view, please present those 'cons' in a more proper manner. If you expect to continue posting here, please include some reference links to any proceedings by the authorities you mentioned - as opposed to unloading both barrels with an undocumented 'bash'.

TPBV is a subpenny Pinksheet stock, and few of us expect it to be as squeaky clean as IBM or HP. People taking a position is such stocks are aware of the risks, or they don't belong here. Subject 50535

Is that your final answer or can you substantiate it?

I like backup and anytime I see some rather outlandish opinion - a statement without a second source of some credibility - I immediately smell a rat and take the exact opposite opinion.
