I agree that the arab people have no track record of decency and honor I wouldn't agree with that as a general statement; I can remember a job when I trusted my Arab hosts more than my American management. The Arabs were playing with a full deck and just wanted to get the job done; the American management had ulterior motives. But otherwise, yeah. The UAE have at least 911 connections.
