This sounds more like it....but the Filipino number is WAY too low. I think you should conclude from the different numbers available that the census numbers for the UAE are very out of date. They just took a new census a few months ago, and will likely publish results soon. You can link all you want, but Iranians make up at most single digit percentage of UAE residents. Been here 5 years, and I've met one... Ethnic groups: Arab 48.1% (of which UAE Arab 12.2%, Bedouin 9.4%, Egyptian Arab 6.2%, Omani Arab 4.1%, Saudi Arab 4%) , South Asian 35.7% (of which Pashtun 7.1%, Balochi 7.1%, Malayali 7.1%), Iranian 5%, Filipino 3.4%, white/European 2.4%, other 5.4% (2000) worldstatesmen.org
