This sounds more like it....but the Filipino number is WAY too low. I think you should conclude from the different numbers available that the census numbers for the UAE are very out of date. They just took a new census a few months ago, and will likely publish results soon. You can link all you want, but Iranians make up at most single digit percentage of UAE residents.
