I've long thought that about GWB...The "aw shucks" mannerisms he has is both endearing and maddening, sometimes in the same minute. He is a pretty bright guy on many issues. This time, I really am wondering about the port situation. It may be perfectly fine, but what's the holdup in telling us why it is SO important.... Of course, if we had really known that the UAE Company had been taking care of our Navy ships in and out of Dubai, and several other places, it might not have blown up into such a "hurrah hurricane"... Actually, truth be known, the Brits have a LARGE percentage of Muslim population as well, and so do we in the US..... A very tiny, but potent percentage of these Islamofacist murdering barbarians are the ones who are causing troubles everywhere in the world.
