1. Online System Services Appoints Former TCI Executive to Direct Domestic and International Growth Initiatives

I think this appointment has significance because of Mr Bicket's past career. TCI is one of the largest cable operators so Mr Bicket would probably have significant points of contact within the cable industry. The fact that Mr Bicket accepted a position with WEBB adds significantly to the credibility of the company and it's Cable Access America Program.

2. Online System Services Announces First International Customer Relationship

When you look at the size of WEBB, it becomes obvious even small deals have a significant impact on the bottom line. With a foot in the door, a backlog, however small, of orders gives this company the potential to do well.

Yeah, there is a lot of competition out there in Web page development, and even in ISP services; however, this is a big country and should WEBB pick up only a small percentage of the market it will have positive impact on the company's bottom line.

Now, let's hope Mr Bicket's contacts with the industry begins to materialize some deals.

Am I the only one here? Stock is up over 20% in a few days and volume is up too. I saw a Fox News tip sheet that says the shares outstanding here is only 3.2 million. Yahoo board has posts about Microsoft rumours. Anyone know what the float is?
