Oh God no. Liberals would love is another inefficient incompetent government bureaucracy. Even hiring OBL to do it would be better than that.

As far as who runs our ports. It's our country. We make the laws. We can decide who runs our ports. End of story. We manipulate the free market because of national security all of the time in technology, by not selling certain technologies or companies to foreigners. After 9/11, the same rule could be applied to our ports.
