I believe it was 200 of over 50,000 containers searched last year. All were due to information, and none were random searches. How would keeping the incumbent company who does not wish to invest the money required to upgrade facilities to Homeland Security's standards improve our security? If there were an American bidder the discussion would be more fruitful.
