Interestingly, if you were to do a word serch in Ken Starr's Final Report on Whitewater, throughout the text of the document you'd find the term "Whitewater" mentioned about a dozen times, perhaps even less.

We also had the possibility of: - eating into the national debt - having another stab at universal healthcare - dismantling more nukes - taking another shot at OBL - having the biggest national problems include high employment (remember all those help wanted signs?) and sex in the oval office It's truly amazing how a tiny group of people can so mess up the lives of the rest of us. I wonder if Gore really will make another shot. It would be a hopeful return to the Clinton track: peace, fiscal discipline, floating all financial boats, international competitiveness, universal healthcare, hopeful future.
