There is no way it will be a Martin style vote. Harper wants a true free vote that will lose and that will be the end of the issue and we can get on with stuff that affects 97% of the population.

perhaps PM Harper will have a paulmartin type of free vote.....you know, vote any way you want unless you wish to keep your cabinet position
