You're making me nervous - I ain't no techie! If I go for the dish/broadband deal, it'd be DSL.

My favorite thing on TV is C-Span 2 on the weekend when they do BookTV. But the chiselers at Comcast give MSG (Madison Square Garden channel) that space when the Knicks or Rangers play. Once in a while they'll show college hoops too. So you can be sitting there, totally involved in something, then in midsentence of something really interesting - here come da Knicks! It's really aggravating. I like the Knicks, but you'd think with ALL THAT space available, Comcast could give MSG their own line.

Laz, I just think it is strange that no satellite Internet is offered in The Gulch, while we in the untamed Wild West have it in spades. Shirley you must see the irony there! - Holly
