Hmmmmm. Interesting differentiation: meddling legislation is good as long as it isn't unconstitutional.

Unhealthful practices such as distributing cheese, pot, and cupcakes, having sex outside of marriage, playing football, and remaining single should be banned.

You're certainly entitled to your opinion on this. But you're not entitled to claim it attractive to libertarians.
