I would think libertarians would be interested first and foremost in constitutional freedoms.

Sure, the big constitutional freedoms come first, but they aren't in much jeopardy. If they are, there are mechanisms to deal with the problem. That's why I don't focus on them. It's the unenumerated freedoms that are easily compromised by overzealous legislatures. Like the right to sell, buy, give, and receive birthday cakes, no matter how unhealthful.
