Yeah, it's not looking too good over there.

Dunno if anyone listened to the first hour of Michael Krasny's Forum program on KQED public radio this morning, but he had several Iraq specialists from different perspectives.

The overall mood was one of huge pessimism. The experts overall saw no way out and no way the country doesn't collapse with disastrous implications for regional stability.


Sorry, but I got banned at the GW Bush thread. However, I still wanted to respond to your post.

And yes, the situation does grow very worrisome. At a minimum, Iraq could become engulfed in a civil war, and at a maximum, the stability of the region is in jeopardy. Its very disturbing......we've open Pandora's Box and closing it doesn't look very feasible.
