If you think that hospitals have a higher duty with regard to food, then you've never eaten in one.

I understand your point about the hospitals and their role in the marketing of formula. I understand why that would irritate and offend you. But you're awfully cavalier about liberty if you support making it illegal. It's no different from making "Happy Holidays" illegal. I find both of them scary.
