I suspect Laz has plenty of opinions on all aspects of the complex subject. My opinion is that someone out to provide me with an easy way to find the page on the NWS site where they overlay the annual hurricane tracks. Every year I stumble across that site and think its a keeper then promptly lose the pointer.
