Your statement supports my idea that Palestine was a multi-ethnic, multi-religious region (with two Arabs for every Jewish person) in the year that part of it (Israel) was transformed into a Jewish homeland.

By 1948, there were approximately 1.35 million Arabs and 650,000 Jews living between the Jordan and the Mediterranean"

re: "the land that they consider their homeland"

no, that is not what you said. You have posted a lot on that topic so do not be shy.

I've never made any claims that I think one religious or ethnic groups is entitled to any of that disputed land at the exclusion of some other group. Don't tell me what I think - people usually get it wrong when doing that. I have no problems speaking for myself.

and just few sentences back you said that you are ignorant of the history of the region

No, I didn't. I said I have no problems admitting there are lots of things I don't know, and btw I enjoy learning more. I have some knowledge of the region, and I have an opinion of how to solve the problems there. I've expressed them plenty of times.

As far as I can tell, I'm the only one proposing a solution to the Israel-Palestinian conflict. If someone else has an idea, go ahead!!

Anyway, where did all the Palestinian refugees come from??
