Carolyn, I have both my TV and my Internet connection through Charter. I have been most pleased with Charter. It offers good service, excellent tech support 24/7, terrific programming, and it rarely goes out. I even had one of their people drop by one afternoon to inquire if I was happy with Charter and was everything working okay (although I could have done without that).

Yeah, Charter just raised its rates AGAIN but then everything seems to be going up. - Holly
